We have installed QB2008 at a client. 2 days after working - they complained that QBooks does not want to print to the Printer. We tested the Printer and it printed fine with exception to QB documents - invoices and reports etc... Using the e-mail option - the atachement created by Qbooks was empty. Now this puzzeled me and still do not have an answer. Is this a QuickBooks Problem or is this a Windows problem ... What I need to know URGENTLY please is HOW TO FIX This. Awaiting in anticipation and great thankfullness for help.

Since you posted this in the Professional Tax Software portion of the forum, you may want to redirect it to the Green QuickBooks Forum. You are more likely to get a timely response as many QuickBook users never use this part of the Forum.
Also, if this is a new purchase, why not use the one free call to support to resolve this?
