Here's a really easy suggestion - do not at any time during your posted hours close the phone tech support for "as meeting to help us improve" during the month of April. I am absolutely furious that I have a question and you folks decided that now was a good time to have a "staff lunch"...
Thanks,
Mark

We apologize for any inconvenience. We had a Canada-wide company meeting that all employees were attending. Our phone support is back up and running and we have no more plans for interruptions such as this one before the end of tax season.
Thanks.

That's all well and good, but I really question the smarts of the "higher up's" that scheduled this in April. We all understand the need for PD and other "staff functions" but that really should have been scheduled for May???
Makes all of us who you rely on for a living seem really insignificant.

OK, I've needed tech support twice all season, and BOTH times I get the "we're in a meeting to help us improve" BS on the phone...guess that even though taxprep has not earned my business back, they'll likely get it next year. I like the product, but lack of tech support during our busy time is TOTALLY unacceptable.
