:mellow: Looking for ideas on what to do to troubleshoot Profile program which loads very slowly...takes about 2+minutes to bring up the program to the point of accessing the top menu bar. In addition to this problem, frequent hungapps and also the inability to make changes to any Options settings (in particular int he Environment)....doing so causes the app to hang. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling the software, updating - all several times. I have followed Profile tech support recommendations regarding hardware acceleration settings and still to no avail. I have Profile installed on multiple machines in the office and the data is centrally stored on W2003 server. All other users except this one, are fine and no issues with Profile. Most users, including this one user's computer, are using new computers (HP Compaq's) and there is no issue with RAM, processors etc. The connectivity to the server is fine. All other programs (Except Quickbooks 2009) are working fine. The Quickbooks is somehow damaged and I cannot boot that up either. Reinstallations are not helping...
Please advise with any suggestions!!
