Installing Profile on Server 2008 for TS remote apps

We are looking to upgrade our domain controller server to windows server 2008, is anyone aware of any in getting profile to operate in TS remote apps mode?

It is up and running here.

No problems to report yet

Very handy while working at home on my laptop

We are running it on our Server 2008 and just ran into security problems with the new version 2008 4.0. It was running fine up till that upgrade.
Server 2008 is blocking Profile trying to send information back up to intuit via https. This is driving our staff nuts who are using the remote desktop connection feature, as there are security warning constantly poping up.
I am going to call Profile tomorrow, but I doubt they will owe up to hiding the fact they are now no better than a Trojan gathering information without our permission.
