We use the T2 Premier version. We are having a situation where a staff member will prepare a T2, indicating that it should be internet filed on the Info page. When I review the return the box is not checked. I check it save the return and send it to be printed. The receptionist opens it and it is again not checked. In addition the box is not checked when the file is carried forward to a new year.
When this started happening we figured that it was just operator error. But it is happening too often and we are checking and double-checking. Has anyone else come across this or is it just us? Perhaps we have a rogue staff member opening and changing the files just to mess with our heads, lol.

Hello,
I just tested by opening a file, changing the box to yes then closing Profile (saving the file). When I restarted the program and opened the file it still was checked as 'yes'. Don't know what the solution is, but it seems it's in your system, not the program.

The box is also not checked for us on carryforward - so that seems normal. But, like the previous post, we don't have any trouble with it remaining checked once we do so.
Better search out that staff member and reprimand them!!
