Hello,

I have been using Quickbooks for many years, and took over the accounting/bookkeeping for a friend of mine.
The company has setup all the payroll features and it works great, but one problem.

We enter in the timesheets in the time tracking feature, and have no problem transfering to paycheques and printing.

But when it comes to billing our cleint for the same hours we have trouble.
We use the time/cost feature, for all cost items and it is sliped in the invoice via quicbooks.
But when we try to do this with the payroll, the item- Time amount show up, but it is missing the emplyees name or anything under description and it is missing the rates.

I am going to bring someone in to take over the company for me and would like everything to be setup so they are not entering in manually.

Also since the timesheet feature doesn't allow you to go over 24 hours in a day, we have to enter in each day separately which is fine,
But when we use the time/cost feature and import them in. They have 5 of the same item, same employee can it not add up all the time (per emplyee) and import one line?

Please someone help, we have had a number of problems with this file, and now Quickbooks has sent out a mulitcurrency copy and that is not working properly. I can't get the follow me, help or any quides to come up. When i try the QB Program closes on me and i get an error message.
