Installation Error

I failed to install Profile because of an error which i captured it in picture. Can someone help me?
My OS is Windows XP.

I would ask Intuit directly for assistance.

It looks like the diacritical characters for french are being translated as pictographical characters. Do you have French installed on your system? Profile is a bilingual program.

My system can read French, but i dont think i can type French.

As I said before, this is probably best referred directly to Intuit for assistance. It sounds like you have an unusual situation and they have the technical knowledge to assist you. It is rare at any time of the year to obtain direct assistance from Intuit on these forums - they were designed for peer level support.

Hello Sam,

To fix the error you are having.

Start menu > Settings> Control Panel > Regional and Language Options
On the Regional Options tab, Change the settings to "English (united states)"
and on the Advanced tab change the Unicode language to "English (united States)" <-this second step is most
likely what is causing the issue.

Install Profile and then if you want to change the language back afterwards you can.
