If you are using Windows Vista, is it working fine or having any problem. There used to be a link in the forum about it, I can not find it. Any one knows where it is?

Hi Ranjit,

There shouldn't be any problem with the latest version of ProFile and Microsoft Window Vista.
What information where you looking for?

Cheers,

Leif

Hi Leif,

Thank you for ifo. During tax season there was a side bar asking what percentage uses are using vista, I was looking for that, but you have answered my question.

During tax season Profile and Vista like to fight and had a terrible time, but with the latest release they have become friends and all works well now. Profile needed to fixed some bugs, they are all fixed now.

We seem to be having a problem printing on one of our machines which is running Vista. Our profile runs off a server and on one of the laptops running vista we get an error message which says "Operation not supporter on selected printer". I have no idea if this is a vista issue or not but it's definatly an issue.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks!

A bit off topic but I would appreciate opinions. I'm going to be upgrading my computers but was told to wait until Microsoft comes out with the next operating system which they are presently developing. I've been told that there are too many bugs in Vista. Any opinions from Vista users would help.

If you do updgrade, stay with the 32 bit operating system. It seems that profile and 64 bit don't like each other. I am on Vista, last it it nearly drove me to tears. This year I have only had a couple vista issues with profile. I could not wait, if I could have, I would have waited for Windows 7 release., My old computers died.
