I recently updated the server copy of Profile to Version 7.1.1. Unfortunately it has not drilled down to the workstations. When in Profile I click Help and then About it shows “Profile Version 7.1.1”, however, when I click on the Details button it shows “Version Information 2005-2007 T2 2007.7.0” as the most recently installed version of Profile T2. When I click on Help then About then Details on the server it shows “Version Information 2006-2008 T2 2007.7.1” so it is obvious that the most recent version of Profile T2 is not filtering down to the workstations. In addition, the T2 icon and the file icons for all T2’s appear on the workstations in red rather than yellow as they appear on the server. I have sent 2 emails to Profile Support and have received no replies. Apparently there is no telephone support for Profile over the summer!! And the email support doesn't seem much better. Can anyone help me with this problem. Thank you.
