T2 able to efile May 31/08 YE When will this be avaialbe

I HAVE A CLIENT WHO HAD A CHANGE OF CONTROL AT MAY 31/08 AND I WANT TO EFILE RETURN.

ANYONE KNOW WHEN WILL THAT VERSION OF PROFILE BE AVAILABLE?

There was new update this morning. Not clear on what date it will allow T2 returns. I have chosen not to update as yet.

Their email says December 31, 2008.

The 2007.7.0 T2 has the 2006-2008 module. Yet I don't see it "associates" with any of my existing T2 files from the Open File icon's drop-down list. It has the 1996-1997 T2: shown in front of the file path. Is it always this way for the Basic version user?

I have Profile Premier T2 and something seems definetly amiss. It seems that T2 files (even with 2008 year ends) get carried forward to the 2005~2007 module instead of the 2006~2008 module. In order to update them to the 2006~2008 module you must update them...... save them.... then open them again and select "yes" when prompted by the warning bubble to load the file in the 2006~2008 module.
