Duplex printing problem

It worked fine last year and all previous years I've used Profile. This year, it completely ignores the part about not merging forms. I get schedule 1 printed on the back of page 5 of the T1 jacket. My client summaries have the T1 summary on one page and page 1 of the TP1 summary on the back with page 2 on the next page.
I phoned tech sup and they didn't have an answer. It did the same thing with their printer. They said they would call me if they found a solution, but that was maybe a week ago and nada. It's driving me crazy.
Does anyone else have this problem? Does anyone have a solution? And please don't tell me to quit printing paper returns and efile instead. That's a whole 'nuther discussion.
TIA,
Linda

I have noticed some duplexing issues with the T1 however, I have not spent anytime trying to figure it out. You may not be alone.

Uninstall/reinstall printer/drivers etc? Maybe try removing the printer keys from the Profile area of the registry?
hkey_current_user\software\greenpoint\2007t1\printers
Remove the printer key, reboot and see if that helps. You will have to reenter the settings on the file/print setup screen if you do this. (can't rmember if the options package picks these up or not)
What type of printer are you all using? Is it all the same model?
Throw me a bone here. :)

Lexmark T520. However, the duplex still works for the T2 and T3 module

I would try killing those printer keys listed in my prior email. There should be a folder for each module, ie t1, t2 etc. Kill the appropriate one. When I was doing support, that solved probably 90% of all the printer problems.
Cheers.

On April 17 I do not make ANY changes to ANY computer settings.
Have lived with the quirks till now. Will live with them till May.
Never being funny, specially on apr 17th. If you can live with them, so can I. Just offering up the most likely solution.
How's your San holding up? Lose any disks yet?

My prints are working fine on a Canon Image Runner. The only time I seem to run into difficulty is when the "Always use windows default printer" button gets checked. Not a solution, just throwing stuff out there.... I have always found Profiles print functions to be a tad moody. <_<

Fiddlling with the registry is scary. Maybe I'll ask my geeky husband about that.

I've spoken with the hubster and we had a look at the registry. He exported it in case everything goes monkey after deleting the key.
Found "hkey_current_user\software\greenpoint\2007t1\printers"
But, what exactly should be removed? The entire folder labelled "printer"? The contents of that folder, but leave the folder? Just some of the subfolders?

Try just the folder corresponding to the module with the problem, in this case T1. If that doesn't work, wipe them all.

We wiped them all. It still merges forms o_O. I've set it to duplex the T1 jacket and the letter and nothing else. Danged waste of paper - I try to be green.
Thanks any ways.

My first try had some pages printing upside down on the back. I will see, as the tech sup guy told me, if ticking "flip pages up" will fix that.
