Printing T2's was fine - everything duplexing as it should - things looked great. Since release 2007.4.1 T2 printing is weird - duplexing may or may not happen - if it doesn't happen a blank page is inserted.

Printing T1's was also fine, until we lost the settings. I have updated those settings again, but we are getting this weirdness - no duplexing and blank page inserted randomly.

I think I'm missing something when it comes to printing. Are there specific things I should be looking at? I'm not very techy, but can get around ok. I just don't understand why printing works today for everyone, but tomorrow, somebody's settings are thrown off.

I'm very frustrated with Profile at the moment - any tips will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Call up support!

I had a printing problem like that last year and there was something in the registry that they can guide you through to correct the problem. If I remember correctly, something about a corrupted file that has to be replaced.
