My computer crashed and I am trying to get it up and running again. I was able to retreive all my data but I need to reinstall all the programs. I have always downloaded Profile from the internet. How do I reinstall prior year versions of Profile?

Why dont you do it first, and ask after?

It appears to be a redundant question, which you would know if you had previously installed the product.

If you have installed and used Profile, you will know that all the years are integrated.

So if you have downloaded it and installed it, you will have all the years since it has been available. Simple.

And I am not a "computer whiz", more of a cheez whiz.

I can do without the sarcasm, if you wouldnt mind.
I suggested in both #2 and #5 what you needed to do to solve your problem...
Its hardly my fault that you repeatedly chose not to.

Sorry, but if re-installing the same piece of software that you have already been using for years as a basis for charging customers and earning an income on a professional level is something you feel is complicated, perhaps you need additional assistance in your office.

Not only that, but you have been running a whole thread asking others without apparently first doing anything at all yourself.

Profile is not CanTax or TaxPrep. You do not install the prior year versions of ProFile.

Downloading the latest gpsetup file (filesize 158MB) and installing it will bring you right up to date. The beauty of Profile is that the setup file is for all Profile modules for all years and installing this is what you need to do; nothing else.

If you require further assistance please call our toll-free support line at 1 800 452 9970 and a support tech will be happy to assist you.
