Problem installation gpsetup 2007

I get the problem updating file gpsetup 2007. I delete profile and install the gpsetup 2007 file and nothing happens. Somebody can help me please!!

More information needed: what operating system, what version of profile, did you save to hard drive and then update

More information and I am sure someone will help
