I work for a bankruptcy Trustee firm. When doing Pre tax returns, I noticed that, if applicable, the WITB credit was calculated. I contacted CRA and they said that there was a bulletin that stated that in bankruptcy, the WITB is to be calculated on the Post tax return only. Is Intuit planning on correcting this so that it works much like the S8 where CPP payable is calculated only on the Post?? With the 100's of returns I do each year, it's not fun having to go back and "over write" the WITB on every Pre return I've prepared or, if I've already sent them, to make adjustments.

Suggest you call support and hope they inform the programmers. Putting this on the forum will likely result in zero change from Intuit. The phone call might get results.

Get yourself a copy of the bulletin as well. Check CAIRP's website to see if the bulletin is there.
