being new to profile and these forums, I will attempt to not sound foolish. After downloading the 2007.2.0 version. I opened a client file, and when I selected the file, or the online, or edit toolbar in any way. A blank toolbar drops down with an up or down arrow. No options available. Has anyone else experienced this problem. Please help. Thanks very much in advance

Call Intuit Support. Probably a software glitch, perhaps from install or something else. Don't know - that is what support is for.

Tried DWLDing 4 times, Reinstalled 4 times, Contacted support 12 times, no resolution. Has no one done a T2 on Vista O/S, since renewing for 2008!!!!!

try lowering your hardware acceleration on the video card. go to display, click settings, click advanced, and find the troubleshooting tab (xp, might be different in ME v2, oops, vista). Crank that down a couple of notches and see if it has any effect.
