Hi I have been working in the accounting community for a number of years and every year at tax time , seems to bring out the nuts.
The top 10 things that you crazy?? Well i can start with a few of the top of my head lol ...how about you?? :)
1. Clients who call every 1/2 hour trying to get through to you to find out how their taxes are doing. ARRRGGG ... you are by a phone (obviously) leave a message , I WILL call you back ... i dont have the time during the day to answer this question 100's of times ... guess what? theyre doing just fine if you LET ME DO MY WORK !
2. Clients that bring you peices of the paperwork puzzle .. one .. at .. a ... time ..every other day.. (oh and want to chat with you for just a minute which never turns out to be just a minute.
3. Clients who answer no to deductions questions .. only to bring you 5 shoeboxes 3 days before filing deadline ..hey can ya slip these in??? *my head explodes*
4. Clients who run business expenses on their personal credit cards/bank accounts ...and vice versa ... even though they have seperate accounts ...
im sure theres more . how about you??? what makes you looney? :)

(...ermmmm talk to an accountant??) followed by ..ohhhh well its not that important .. (i think this is the bait theyre trying to get an answer) ... well if its NOT THAT IMPORTANT why ??? are we wasting our time discussin it???

I've got one, on a slightly different tangent:
Trying to see who's worked on a file and when, as Profile will only let you view 3 lines out of dozens at once in the file properties.
