Obviously we're doing a fair amount of adjustments (and damned T1-OVPs!) around this time, mainly with T3s. In order to make life easier, I've been using the snapshot/variance to pick up the differences.
Specifically, I open the [efiled] return, make a snapshot ("Pre T1-Adj") and activate it. To me, this is pretty obviously correct.
However, in many cases, Profile completely ignores the differences when the new info is entered.
E.g. When I enter a new T3 with say box 26, Line 130 will obviously increase, and follow through to the bottom, and yet on the T1, and in the variance auditor, nothing is shown as changed. This is, of course, not true.
With one or two slips, no biggie, but when there are a couple slips or some other adjustments, this becomes a real pain. Why is this?

Set you variances to 0 in the options, however, the program will complete the T1adj automatically for you.
Do you know how to do auto T1adj's? (instructions below if you don't)
1) Take a snap shot of the file before adjusting the file;
2) goto the T1 ADJ
3) right click on the blue background and on the resulting popup menu you will see adjust from the (snapshot name you saved in one).
Instant T1ADJ.
