Problem with Profile FX

There's an annoying issue with the dates in the Profile FX software, on the GST191WS#2 This form is used to summarize invoice info for the purposes of the New Housing Rebate. A number of the date fields are dead. You can't enter a "valid" date in these fields. Profile, can you fix this please?
