Once in a while some of our computers get the following error message when opening the form explorer (see attached).

I'm gonna try reinstalling Profile, but I thought I'd throw this out there and see if anyone else has had the same problem.

Gotta love those detailed error messages...

I've been using the form explorer since 2001 and I will admit that is an error message I have not seen before.

Perhaps it is reserved for privileged users. :P

Nope, never saw that error before. Send the error to tech support.

you must have bounced your cheque to Profile or something....

Or maybe said something nasty to tech support...

Now they are out to get ya...

they have snuck through your firewall, and have their fingers on your software....

Best write off this tax season, suck up to Tech support, and hope for the best next year....
