In previous years, the Profile T5013 entry form had a Box 18, where I could enter the partnership net income or loss. But now, it has a dropdown and none of the selections is Box 18! So - what's going on? Why is there no Box 18 like previous years, to match the Box 18 on the paper form? :(

The old 2004 form had a box 18...

I guess you didnt look at the pinned 5013 thread at the top of this forum immediatly above your post?

- Youre probably lagging 18 cups of coffee behind..

English Version *** La version française suit ***

Redesign of form T5013

The T5013 Statement of Partnership Income, was completely redesigned for the 2006 tax year. For the 2006 tax year, some taxpayers will continue to receive the 2004 version of the T5013. In order to assist you in completing your 2006 tax return, please refer to the comparative table found on the Canada Revenue Agency website at:

Your one page is somewhat shorter than CRA's 5 pages :)

I have two T5013 forms showing (05) in form number which does not match directly to 04 form. Although I interpreted the amounts to boxes in Profile, I was wondering if there is another set of comparative charts for the 05 form to Profile?

Obviously the CRA hasn't put any thought into this... it's backwards. Why would I ever need to look up where the 06 numbers go on the 04 schedule? Duh.
