The T5013 Statement of Partnership Income, was completely redesigned for the 2006 tax year. For the 2006 tax year, some taxpayers will continue to receive the 2004 version of the T5013. I have two T5013 forms showing (05) in form number which does not match directly to 04 form. Although I interpreted the amounts to boxes in Profile, I was wondering if there is another set of comparative charts for the 05 form to Profile?
