Quebe Tax Withheld - Paper file return?

I get this so infrequently and I always forget the answer to this. I am preparing a return for someone who has a Releve 1 with Quebec tax withheld and did not live in Quebec on Dec. 31. Is it necessary to paper file this return along with the Releve 1 or can it be efiled?

Efile the T1 claiming Quebec taxes as federal.

Double click Line 437. Type in QUEBEC RL-1 Tax Withheld $xx.00
