Comment traiter une location en vue d'achat?
exemple
prix $15,000
dépôt $3,000 comme accompte
v ersement mensuel $250 taxable

Au comptable, il faut voir les facteurs qui nous inciterait à capitalisé le tout. Si non l'acompte de 3000 $ est amorti selon la durée du bail.
