We have a client claiming the Manitoba Research and Development credit for 2006. S380, line 103 asks for "Total expenditures made for R&D in the current year and before March 9, 2005" for which there are none. We have left the field blank but doing so brings up an RSI Diagnostic that says "Please complete details to support Manitoba Research and Development credit". We can't efile with this and can;t even print because of the error. Our only option is to print each schedule out separately. Anyone have any suggestions?

Have you thought about putting a preparer review mark on the field and/or error message?

Have you setting to the extent that you can not efile/print with an error message?

You know how you sometimes can't see the forest for the trees? Thanks Tim that did the trick and allowed me to print. Not sure why I never thought to do that. Much appreciated.
