Since the new update came out, we cannot properly print page one of the T1044. The last line that prints says is right near the top of the page and says "Guide to the Non-Profit Organization (NPO) Information Return." The rest of the page is blank but the remaining two pages print correctly. We use HP4050 printers. We use all other modules of the ProFile and everything else seems to be printing OK. Is this a ProFile glitch or a glitch on our end???

Hi Chris,
Certain printers just don't always cooperate with every form. I would try going into the print setup for your forms and *increasing* the print margins slightly. Also make sure that 'size to fit page' is checked off there as well. This almost always fixes these problems.
Be sure to make the smallest increments to the margins that you can until it's fixed, as this will effect all your forms.
Let us know if this doesn't work for you.

Lee,
I changed the print margins (top and bottom, left and right) from the defaults (0.5) to 0.0. The rest of the page still isn't printing. This form was printing fine before the last release came out and we haven't changed anything on our end. The size to fit page is selected. I can fax you page 1 of an NPO return if you like to see exactly what is printing.
I trust that you've actually tried printing page one of a T1044 and it's printing fine for you?

Hi Chris,
I am able to print that form correctly both here at home and when I tested it at the office.
Try keeping your margins for the top and bottom at .5 and then *increasing* the margins on the left and right. (So, if they were at .5 on the sides try increasing that to .6 or .7 for each). Slowly increment these until it prints correctly for you. When 'size to fit page' is also turned on this will force the page to compress and usually allows the printer to handle all sections of the form.
Hope trying this will fix the problem for you this time.

We use two HP 4050s in our office and I printed a T1044 this morning, after I read your posting. I had no problem printing the same T1044 on the other printer, just to see if it worked.
We are using this driver for our printer:
PCL 6 Driver
Version 4.3.2.138 Bld 1202 CRel 1202
My twenty-something kids regularly update my drivers for me on a regular basis and I yell at them if something doesn't work.
One of the printers has two trays and the other has only one tray.
Hope this helps.
