PDF file error

I am trying to build a pdf file to review the forms that I have prepared. However, every time I try to build the file, I get an error indicating that the printer is not properly installed. I have tried reinstalling the program but I still get the error. Is there a way to reinstall just the PDF printer settings?

Hi Michael:

Have you tried deleting the PDF printer from your settings folder? Go on your Start menu to Settings / Printers and delete the PDF printer(s), then try re-installing Profile. This will re-install the PDF printer as well and should clear up the problem.
