When attempting to print T5018 forms I find that no Recipient Information appears whenthe receipient is anything but an individual. As well no receipient ID appears on any of the forms.

The information was entered on the T5018 Slip on screen. Is this a problem with the program?

Hi BENMAC,

This is not a known issue. Make sure that the recipient type entered on the T5018detail matches the data entered on that same form. The recipient type will change automatically based on the information entered on that individual slip so there should be no overrides. If there are overrides on the detail slips then remove them and verify that the recipient types are correct. If at that point the recipient type is not correct then the data entry needs to be corrected. (Be sure you've entered only individual OR corporate information and not both.)
