I using the methog of adjusting CPP for the number of pensionable periods and it seems that this requires I over-ride each T4. Is there somewhere that input is allowed without over-riding as I dislike over-rides in general.

Hello Bruce,

What cell are you overriding?

Is it the pay period type or the number of pensionable periods? If so, these are set for all employees as a whole on the T4Adj form where you indicated that you wanted that type of adjustment.

Once this is set, if all the employees are on the same pay period, you should not need to override anything at all. If they are of varying pay periods you will have to override some employees but not all.

If those are not the cells you are overriding then I'll need more information to be able to help you.
