T4 Summaries

The business number is not being printed properly on my summary. The number is entered correctly and It prints correctly onto the actual T4's but when I go to print out the summaries it leaves off the very last digit and the ninth digit in.
For example if someone's BN was 12345 6789 RC 0001
It would leave print as 12345 678 RC 000

Anyone know how to fix this???

My idea is that it looks like a font problem but I can't seem to find where to change the font either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Harmony,

In the past, this has always been resolved by changing or updating the printer driver.

You can generally find the newest drivers for your printer on the manufacturer's web site. If needed, most of these can be updated by simply downloading the driver and running it.
