Magnetically filing and printing T619

This is our first year using Profile to magnetically file. The program shoots out many more copies of the T619 then we need. Is there a way to control this option? Also why is this happening?

In previous versions of Profile we printed 2 copies of the T619. We received numerous requests that the number be increased to 3 (CCRA copy, Client copy, File copy), so we complied. We are looking at a better way of letting the user control the number of copies being printed for a future release.
