In completing the address for a T4A-NR the detail form allows input of a postal code. However, in testing the form, we were unable to input a zip code. As this form would normally be sent to non-resident, is there a method the input a zip code or similar address item that is not consistent with a Canadian postal code?

Michael,
When you are on the postal code cell simply hold down the {ctrl} button and then press {F2}. This will override the mask and allow you to enter foreign zip codes.
Note that this same procedure can also be used in other places as well in ProFile. For instance, if you need to enter a trust account number for a T5 slip recipient you can override the business number field in this manner to enter the recipient's trust number.
