This suggestion relates to T661 / S32 for T2, specifically under Schedule D - calculation of prescribe proxy amount.

Per Regulation 2600(6), there is an "overall cap" to the prescribed proxy amount. The current form has no way to calculate this overall cap (that I am aware of). Adding a "branch out" form calculating the Reg 2600(6) cap before line 820 would be very helpful (even a manually calculated form would be nice).
