I would like to see Profile store PDF files in a separate folder ( or at least the option to store in a separte folder) from the regular T1 data files.
I'd also like to see the default PDF file name include the year. Such as Smith, John 2005.pdf We are often asked to provide several year's T1's to clients or banks. Presently, all years of a client's PDF tax returns have the same name.
Is there a way to remove the "do not file" watermark from PDF files ?

Hello David:
At this time there is no way to remove the “Do not file†water mark. Your suggestions are good but may be already late for consideration for this year. However, the suggestions have been added to the list of features to be implemented in a future release of Profile.
Thank you for your input and feed-back.

If you don't want the watermarks, you can always get a regulat PDF printer.

Just curious what tax year "this year" is to you?
Hello Arliss:
By "this year" I meant 2006 tax year, i.e. Profile T1 module for the taxation year 2006 ( 2006 T1/TP1).
Hope the above has answered your question.
Thank you for choosing Intuit Canada.

I remember nostalgically attending one of the early Profile training sesions with Stephen King who updated the software during the coffee break to incorporate a suggestion from prior to the break.
I also remember during the 1998 filing season providing three suggestions at various times during the season. The first, I was told, would be implemented that same season. I was told that the last two would likely be in the next year's release. ALL THREE suggestions were included in the software before the final release of the season.
We are still at least two months from any kind of 2006 T1 release and we are already being told that suggestions are not likely to be incorporated until the 2007 T1 release. I would like to see AT LEAST a compromise between the historical service levels and those we see now, not that I wouldn't like to see the old levels of service!
