When we go into the database I would like to see the number of returns in whatever portion of the database I have chosen. That way I can see how many are accepted, WIP, or whatever without having to count them
or a recap screen that shows how many in each category C/F, WIP, Printed, Rady to Print, etc
OR
is this available some way and I've been too dumb to find it???

If you are using client explorer then the totals should be on the bottom of the screen. I think it tells you how many file are in your database and then how many are visable using the filter. If you are just selecting files at random so they show up on the left had side of the client explorer screen the file count should be just above them.
If you are using the classic database I have no idea since I stopped using it when client explorer came out
