Just doing another CAIS application (and recently announced that CAIS is a go for 2006) and I would find it nice if for the commodities in the inventory pages that the prices, if there published, included when a commodity code is entered. Over rideable when necessary of course if the situation requires.
Would be a great time saver and I would think a limited amount of programming.

NEW POST
Just thought I would echo/repeat this post and bring it back to the forfront as to nudge/remind Profile staff to see if this request is actually possible and if they are thinking about trying to include it.
How about a quick note from one of the profile staff web crusiers.
Just another repost to get Profile to cough up their intentions on this part. Another price hike......how about a quality hike as well. PLEASE LET US CUSTOMERS KNOW WHAT IT IS YOUR PLANNING!!!!!!!

Echo that :) Basically based on the province, the fiscal year end, and the code shouldn't be a big deal. If no price is entered a flag for the field and we should be away. (ok, that last sentence would just be a bonus, and only if not at the cost of the quality of the software)
Would also be handy if only livestock commodities showed up on the livestock inventory sheet and crop on the crop inventory sheet...
If they could work out some of the existing bugs in the T1273 form at the sametime would also be appreciated... :) Oh well, back to filing and faxing here... :)
