I have downloaded the new 2009 Profile T1 and cannot seem to find anywhere to enter ammounts from the Home Renovation Tax Credit. Has it simply not been installed on the program yet or am I missing something. Thanks

Someone in my office called Profile about it yesterday, because they were doing an estimate using the 2009 tax planner and couldn't find the place to put the HRTC.
According to Profile, CRA hasn't come out with any forms for it and Profile doesn't know where to put it. But more importantly, Parliament hasn't passed anything about it yet, so it is still in "vapour" tax credit land, until Mr. H gets it passed or tells his CRA minions to put it in the 2009 T1, anyway, whether passed or not. -------------------- Sammy

Even if it does pass, why would profile have anything to do with it? Just think everything has been on sale, and now you manage to get back the sales taxes but don't you have to pay the Home Depot credit card bill? WOW, sorry for sounding so senicle but hey what is a lit bit more debt, way to go Harper the empty cupboard is now over financed! Easter |
